3. No Consumer Reporting Agency
Temple Residents Directory is not a consumer reporting agency as defined by the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq. Neither this service nor a result returned by a linked tool is a consumer report, and neither may be used to determine eligibility for credit, employment, housing, insurance, or any other FCRA-covered purpose.
4. Outside Resources
Government portals, libraries, archives, and third-party services, including sponsored search tools, operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control their content, availability, prices, or handling of submitted information.
5. No Warranties
The service is offered “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that information is accurate, complete, current, or suitable for a particular purpose, and we do not guarantee that an outside portal will be available or return a correct result.
6. Liability Limits

8. Intellectual Property
The service's original text, design, logo, and layout are protected by copyright. You may link to pages and quote short excerpts with attribution, but you may not republish whole pages or systematically copy the content.
9. Term Updates
We may revise these terms by posting a new version here. Continued use after a revision is posted means you accept the revised terms.
10. Access Restrictions
We may restrict or block access, without notice, when a user violates these terms or misuses the service.
11. Texas Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Public-records access is governed in relevant part by the Texas Public Information Act, Texas Government Code Chapter 552. That statute is an access route for existing government records and does not guarantee release of information subject to an exception or confidentiality rule. Texas Government Code §552.115 sets a 75-year birth-record and 25-year death-record threshold, subject to the statute's terms.
12. Severability
If a provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
13. Questions
